"Kingston Manor lived up to expectations. We were met on arrival by Andor who gave a quick tour and left us to continue exploring on our own, he also gave us his mobile in case of any problems. Juliet had been in contact prior to our stay and also sent a message during our stay to check we were okay. The Manor has a grand feel but also a lovely family feel. We visited with 3 generations and felt that it catered for all our needs. The games barn and den was where the teenagers hung out together. The library was favoured by the older members as a quiet sanctuary. The hot tub and gardens were enjoyed by everyone. Our week away felt like a real escape. The bedrooms are beautiful and beds were so comfortable and with 7 bathrooms there is no queue to use a bathroom. We loved all eating together in the main dining room and lit the beautiful fire one night too. The kitchens are well equipped to make cooking for large groups easy. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back."

"Kingston is a beautiful home and is seeped in history. The architecture and woodwork is beautiful. Every window has a beautiful outlook. We all felt that we could spend days there without going anywhere. Everything we needed was provided and Juliet and Andor were fantastic hosts. Having the barn for the kids to run around in was fantastic and they spent hours playing croquet in the sunshine. A moonlit hot tub was also magical. We would highly recommend staying at Kingston. Do look up the history of the Manor."

"This was a fabulous location for 14 adults and 2 children, to celebrate a family birthday. Juliet was most helpful, friendly and easy to contact. The location was excellent, set in beautiful peaceful countryside. Outstanding gardens (15 acres I believe), wonderful hot tub cleaned out for our arrival, plenty of logs for several log fires, central heating if necessary, and lots of eating space inside and out. Well equipped kitchens and very inviting and cosy atmosphere. Many super king sized beds and a bathroom for each bedroom. A fabulous find."

"Wonderful house and outstanding gardens. The house is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We loved the local country walks, trips to the beach (Ventnor became a firm favourite), and the hot tub! Having had fantastic weather we ate every meal in the garden. Thank you Juliet!"

"Fantastic place to stay, loads of space and tons of character. The manor is a real gem with lovely grounds to explore, all the facilities were as described and the rooms well maintained and spotless. Was an honour to be able to stay in such a historical location."

"This is the most wonderful house for a big group with space and activities to keep people of all ages happy. It’s extremely well-equipped and comfortable - and most important it really is somebody’s house with all their beautiful art and furniture. An absolute treat and we will be back."

"This is a beautiful place to spend a long weekend whatever the weather. The house was very cosy and comes with so much history to explore. Enjoying the huge fireplace in the great hall while playing a murder mystery game was our highlight for us. It was also surprising warm given age and size of the property. Juliet and her staff were at all times helpful, welcoming and at hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend."

"We stayed at Kingston Manor for a family holiday to celebrate an 80th Birthday and had an amazing weeks holiday in the Isle of Wight. Coming up the drive and seeing the Manor house is truly stunning. The Manor house had all that we needed, plenty of parking, bedrooms to cater for all the party, equipment for every need throughout the house and plenty of rooms to spend time in as a group or smaller. Whether eating in the grand hall, watching TV in the Library and Snug or relaxing in the lounge the house provides so much to do for all. Outside we enjoyed a BBQ in gardens with late September sun and had the Hot Tub to relax in after any long day exploring the Island. The manor is in a great location and we found that all destinations on the island could be got to in around 20 minutes as this is very centrally located. We had an amazing time at Kingston Manor and would recommend staying here to any large group especially if it is for any celebration."

"WOW factor ! A huge and quirky property that we felt immensely privileged to share with the owner. The fact that the owner lives there most of the time isn't something we've dealt with before in rental properties. To begin with we felt a little awkward with cupboards being marked "Owners" but we soon relaxed as the generosity and scope of all the stuff that was available for us to use dawned on us. The house and grounds blew everyone away when they arrived, many open mouths and childlike delight at exploring the seemingly endless corridors, leading to room after room. The furnishings are tasteful and plentiful; diverse too mixing antiques with some very modern paintings. We partied hard, relaxed in the hot tub, had the occasional game of snooker, socialised in many comfortable settings and the dogs loved the freedom, offered by the huge secure courtyard. The walks around there are second to none, the views are stunning and the weather was kind to us. We all loved it, we're trying to think of an excuse to go back, and I would recommend it highly."
